A profile of people from all walks of life who influence those around them for the better and make a positive difference to the North East
Paula McCormack, owner of Paula McCormack Ltd of Newcastle has been working in HR and leadership coaching since 1990, working with some of the leading organisations in the region, including the Newcastle Gateshead Initiative, One NorthEast, Bamburgh Castle, North Tyneside Council and Seven Stories, proving leadership skills to more than 2,000 people.
To mark her 20th anniversary Paula has devised her own approach to leadership facilitation called The Adaptive, which helps organisations
and individuals to achieve their goals by focusing on the person rather than their skills.
The programme has already been snapped up by several organisations in the North East, including Sunderland based people and property business Gentoo, Lynch Healthcare and The ISOS Group.
Paula said: I am delighted to be celebrating 20 years in the business, whilst constantly looking toward future opportunities.
Often development programmes can feel stale and stifling, but we are thrilled to have injected some life back into businesses that felt they had come to a standstill.
