Gentlemen's Dinner in aid of St Cuthbert's Hospice, Ramside Hall Hotel

Nearly 180 local businessmen attended the second annual Gentlemen's Dinner in aid of St Cuthbert's Hospice, Durham.

Nearly 180 local businessmen attended the second annual Gentlemens Dinner in aid of St Cuthberts Hospice, Durham.
The black tie event was held at the Ramside Hall Hotel near Durham and raised in excess of 10,000. Comedian Gary Marshall provided live entertainment while Master of Ceremonies Willie Miller lead the proceedings.
There was also a speech from local businessman, Trevor Lazaro, who spoke poignantly about his personal experiences with St Cuthberts Hospice. Gentlemen enjoyed a three course dinner, a raffle and an auction.
Kevin Whitfield, a trustee at St Cuthberts Hospice said, "Im so pleased that the event has been such a big success. The level of support from everyone has been overwhelming.
All funds raised from the event will stay in Durham, and go towards providing free care to local people with life limiting illnesses.
