Established in 1984, Mark Robertson has been making farmhouse cheese in the heart of Northumberland for almost 30 years. There are sixteen flavours of exciting cheeses to try, from an Oak Smoked to a creamy Nettle (don’t worry it doesn’t sting), as well as goat and sheep’s cheese.
Above our working dairy sits a quaint and truly British coffee shop. Step in from the surrounding Northumberland countryside to enjoy coffee, lunch or afternoon tea. Every morning we are up bright and early baking the day’s homemade scones and fancy cakes. Or why not try our much loved cheese soup, handmade with our own cheese. Lastly, is our dairy tours and cheese making days, which are a dream come true for any cheese lover or intrigued child. Please note that booking in advance is vital and children must be aged ten years or above due to health and safety. Pop in or book up, as we excitingly await your visit!
