Kirstie Handley, from Yarm, has been appointed to photograph the construction of the first apartment building and ongoing progress at RiversideOne. The 200m development is rapidly regenerating the Middlehaven Docks area of Middlesbrough and will comprise 750 homes and provide the town with a vibrant new district in which people can live, work and relax.
Sustainable community developer BioRegional Quintain has commissioned Kirstie, who initially trained as a press photographer. She estimates taking in the region of 2,000 photographs by the time the construction is completed.
A total of 80 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments priced from 79,995 to 199,000 are currently being built within CIAC (Community in a Cube), the first residential building at RiversideOne. Once complete RiversideOne will be the UKs largest zero carbon development.
